| At the north end of Corona, the tennis court and the planing mill were replaced by houses in the early 1920's. A tennis court on the east side of Corona Court lasted until the early 1950's. The clubhouse and office at the SE corner of Cerritos Ave. and Moncada Way gave way to housing in the 1930's. |

Right click for a larger image and zoom in to see 7 Cerritos, where the caption says "From Plans" indicating that it was still under construction in 1915. The red border is indicates that it is a brick house. |
| Below is the same location in 1950. Very few lots are vacant. The Clubhouse was replaced by a home at 95 Cerritos in 1938. This double sized lot was divided for a new home at 85 Cerritos in 1952. |
